Inside Out Healing is a wellbeing clinic, run by me Felicity Jay, I am highly qualified with over 30 years experience of working with people. I can offer a variety of naturopathic treatments often in combination such as Colonics, Iridology, Nutrition, Life Coaching, EFT, EMT, Massage, Weight Loss, Reiki, Hopi Ear Candles, Moxibustion, Cupping.
My intention is for each person to leave here feeling motivated to create positive changes in their life, feeling both equipped and supported to do so.

About Felicity Jay
I have studied, qualified, practiced and taught in several methods over the years, in massage and bodywork techniques. I am a Reiki Master and Clinical Ecologist, working with allergies and nutrition, I run detox retreats both here in the UK and abroad.
Felicity is a Registered Member of ARCH (Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists) the CNHC (Complimentary & Natural Heathcare Council) and the FSB (Federation of small businesses)

Our first session is very in depth and will take between two to two and a half hours. Subsequent sessions are one and a half hours. Click on the link below to download it.
